APrevent trembling

This is the most basic and common use of spiral Supports ™:

1. Place all 4 (or in some cases more) spiral Supports ™ in the base position.

2. Place weight or apply pressure or one corner of the shelf.

3.If a gap between the negative diagonal positioned Spiral Support ™ and the shelf exists, using a screwdriver turn the Spiral Support ™ clockwise until it touches the shelf.
